• You may not resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software

4 Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the software and website remain with UrVerge . Unauthorized use of our brand, content, or technology is strictly prohibited.

5 Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard

6 Limitation of Liability

• UrVerge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind

7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India / Telangana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
