1 Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

We encourage you to use our free demo to fully evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

2 Free Trial / Demo

  • We offer a free demo so you can evaluate the service before purchase

3 Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

4 Exceptions — When Refunds May Apply

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • You were charged by mistake due to a technical error on our end
  • The service was not delivered due to a fault on our side
  • Duplicate charges occurred for the same billing period

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
